Tour Itinerary


Day 1: Welcome to Berlin!

Upon arrival, our Tour Manager or Local Representative will greet and welcome you outside the airport. Subsequently, we will proceed to the hotel for check-in.

Day 2: Guided tour of Berlin – See the Berlin Wall – Visit Alexander Platz – Visit Topography of Terror Museum

 
Today, we embark on a guided city tour of Berlin. Witness the renowned Berlin Wall, visit the Reichstag, and explore Alexander Platz, featuring the iconic World Time Clock. Our next stop is the Topography of Terror, a museum uncovering the historical instruments of Nazi persecution and terror from 1933 to 1945. Enjoy some free time for personal exploration in the vibrant city. Overnight in Berlin, Germany.

Day 3: Guided tour of Dresden – Drive to Prague

Today, we journey to Dresden for a guided city tour before heading to Prague, the city of a hundred spires, nestled along the meandering Vltava River. Upon arrival, explore the Old Town Square, capturing a photo of the iconic Astronomical Clock, the oldest functional astronomical clock in the world. Conclude the day with a leisurely walk across the renowned Charles Bridge.

Day 4: Guided city tour of Prague – Entrance to the Prague Castle included – Visit St. Vitus Cathedral – Golden Lane – Historic Tram Experience

Today, embark on a walking guided city tour of Prague. Explore the Prague Castle, its courtyards, and the interior of St. Vitus Cathedral. Wander through the historic Golden Lane, and glimpse the house where the renowned Czech writer Franz Kafka resided from 1916 to 1917. Immerse yourself in the charm of Prague with a historic tram ride. Later, enjoy some leisure time. Overnight in Prague, Czech Republic.

Day 5: Onto Krakow

 
Today, our journey takes us to Olomouc, renowned for its charming square and fountains on the Moravia River. Following this, we proceed to Poland, enjoying a scenic drive to the picturesque city of Krakow. Overnight in Krakow, Poland

Day 6: Guided city tour of Krakow – Auschwitz Concentration Camp

Today, embark on a guided city tour of Krakow, exploring the medieval town centre, the Main Market Square, the Renaissance Cloth Hall, the twin-towered St. Mary’s Church, and Wawel Hill with its impressive Castle and Cathedral. Delight in a horse carriage ride through the old town. Later, we proceed for a guided tour of the Auschwitz Concentration Camp, offering a sad experience that sheds light on the atrocities that unfolded here between 1939 and 1945.

Day 7: Wieliczka Salt Mines – Drive to Vienna

Today, we head to Wieliczka Salt Mines, among the oldest in Europe and a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. Following this, we drive to Vienna, the city of art and architecture. Overnight in Vienna, Austria

Day 8:  Guided city tour of Vienna – Visit the glorious Schonbrunn Palace – Onto Budapest

Today, embark on a guided city tour of Vienna, witnessing landmarks like the magnificent Opera House, Rathaus, Parliament Building, and Hofburg Palace. Explore other intriguing monuments as well. Following this, visit the renowned Schonbrunn Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site, and partake in the grand tour. Conclude the day with a drive to Budapest. Overnight in Budapest, Hungary.

Day 9: Visit Visegrad Castle – See the Knight Tournament – Visit Palinka Factory
 

Today, we visit the Visegrad Castle along the Danube River's banks, offering breathtaking views. Immerse yourself in the medieval age by experiencing a Knight tournament. Afterwards, explore the Palinka factory, where you'll discover the making of Palinka, a robust Hungarian fruit brandy known for its potency, flavour, and fragrance. Finally, we drive back to Budapest.

Day 10: Guided city tour of Budapest – Hungarian Horsemanship show – Enjoy the Danube River Cruise

Today, embark on a guided city tour of Budapest, exploring iconic sites like the Citadel, Fisherman’s Bastion, Heroes Square, and the Chain Bridge that connects Buda and Pest. Experience the skilful Hungarian Horsemanship in a captivating show. Later, savour a farewell dinner aboard a Danube river cruise. Overnight in Budapest.

Day 11: Fly back home with pleasant memories.

Today, we head to the airport for your return flight home. Take a moment to share your feedback with your Tour Manager; your valuable suggestions are greatly appreciated.
