Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kuala Lumpur
Upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur International airport, meet and transfer to your hotel in downtown Kuala Lumpur. Check-in on arrival and enjoy the rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight stay is at hotel.
Day 2: Kuala Lumpur City Tour – Half day Tour
After breakfast proceed for a city tour of Kuala Lumpur. Begin by visiting the that has exhibits of local history, culture and traditions, arts and crafts, and a great bronze sculpture erected to commemorate the soldiers who sacrificed their lives during World War II and the Emergency. You will then make a quick stop at the Gate of the King Palace to click photographs. From here, you will proceed to the Moorish-style railway station building and the National Mosque, before finally arriving at the imposing Kuala Lumpur Tower. It is reputed to be the highest in Asia and the fourth tallest telecommunications tower in the world. A drive past the elegant Jamek Mosque, the impressive House of Parliament and the worlds tallest twin towers, the Petronas Twin Towers. Thereafter, have a comfortable. Rest of the day is free for shopping. Overnight stay is at hotel.
Day 3: Kuala Lumpur -Langkawi
After breakfast, you will board a flight to the land of fun and frolic Langkawi! On arrival, you will be transfer and check into hotel. Langkawi which are a unique blend of both rural and urban. Admire the timeless and quaint little villages, the paddy and plantations which cover the Malaysian countryside, and visit the tomb of the beautiful Mahsuri when you visit Makam Mahsuri.
In addition, learn how handmade Batik products are made at the Atma Alam Batik Art Village and witness the majestic Eagle Square at Dataran Lang. The final stop of this tour will be Kuah Town.
You have the rest of the day to relax at the beach. Overnight stay is at hotel.
Day 4: Langkawi
After breakfast, you have the day to do as you please. Experience a day’s mangrove cruise along the Klim River where Strok-billed Kingfishers, endemic to the island, whoop down to catch Ikan Bilis of which the water are rich. Mangrove bushes, with their scaffolding of roots twisting down through the water. The tour reveals many other wonders, the Cycad Langkawiensis, an ancient palm plant said to be a staple in the diet if the Dinosaurs, still grows from rocky cliffs on the coast. Here ancient sea caves may be explored and the strange limestone monoliths, created over millions of years by the swirling sea, can be visited. Probably some of the most effective seed dispersers are the birds that populate the canopy of the rainforest. Langkawi is the home to an amazingly varied host of bird life like Peregrine Falcon, Brahminy Kites and White-bellied sea eagles can be seen during the tour. Overnight stay is at hotel.
Day 5: Departure
After breakfast, check-out of the hotel and proceed to the airport and board your flight back home.
